Khouloud Dawahi is a law clerk and an enthusiastic human rights advocate. She is an LLM graduate from Penn State University Law School. She has 3 years of experience as an immigration law clerk in different law firms notably in Florida, Michigan, and California.
She was a member of the Advisory Board of the MENA Region Internet Legislation Atlas (ILA) which is a project that assesses and visualizes the level of compliance of internet-related policies in accordance with International human rights standards in the MENA Region. The project was undertaken by the NGO HIVOS headquartered in the Hague, Netherlands. Khouloud Dawahi was selected by the ICANN Next Generation fellowship program which selects the next generation of leaders actively engaged in shaping the global internet policy in their respective communities. She was also selected as a member of the United Nations Major Group for Children and youth and has represented it as a Panel Moderator during the Global Internet Governance Forum held in 2017 at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
