Is it weird to say you actually like your lawyer and will miss talking them them? This will be a long review as I had a complex and complicated trust execution with multiple parties requiring probate and trust execution. I called a few places in San Jose but from my very first interaction with Anita, I knew she would be the one to help support my family. She was clear with advice and process, spoke in terms and steps that made this very overwhelming process manageable. I had complex issues besides trust challenges, to financial challenges a property to sell (which was challenged as well in court) and multiple responses to inquires from parties. Anita and team walked me through each step one by one so I knew exactly what our options where. She provided great legal guidance of trust administration and probate which is specialized law I came to find out. I felt informed and knew our direction which was important given the trust was happening in San Jose and I live in another country. When I did not understand something she always responded to my calls and we had many discussions about process and plan. She and her team were always responsive and I felt that I was getting personalized service.

Our case due to covid and complexity went 3 years which was difficult for all parties. Anam whom works directly with Anita always knew my case and could support me.
